Announcement: Handing over apartments of Phu Khang- Riverpark Premier Complex

Respectfully to Our precious Customer,

Phu My Hung Development Corporation would like to send to our precious customer the sincerely greeting and thanks for your believe to select and purchase the apartment in Phu Khang- Riverpark Premier Complex, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city.

We would like to inform and invite you to apply for Land Use Rights Certificate of the apartment on December 25^th 2018 and payment term on December 10^th 2018 will be delayed appropriately with the time of handover.

In order to implement the procedure of handing over and submit the document to provide the Land Use Rights Certificate for the apartment in Phu Khang – Riverpark Premier Complex, Customer please finish the remain payments appropriate with the handover day December 25^th 2018 (Please notice the Maintenance Fund and other amount (if any)); bring the documents as instructed in addendum 1 & 2 as below. The handing over procedure only can be implemented when you complete all the payments as the contract and submit the documents for the Land Use Rights Certificate in Phu My Hung Real Estate Transaction Office.

The location of handing over ceremony:

• Location: Block C Hall – Phu Khang – Riverpark Premier
• Time:       From 25/12/2018 to 27/12/2018

After the above time, the handing over will be implemented in the Customer Service Center – Phu My Hung Corporation.
